Complete Pre-construction Services
Full Preconstruction services include everything from site evaluation through a building permit. AHC2 can manage every aspect of the project to get it to construction based on the client’s parameters. If you don’t know what the parameters should be, AHC2 can develop those for you as well.

Prior to putting an offer in on a site or building, you should understand as much as possible about your potential investment. AHC2 can provide a feasibility study to evaluate and identify any concerns you need to know before your deposit is at risk.
Preliminary and Final Design
AHC2 will help you build you team of Design Professionals and Consultants. We will manage the design process to present many options and ensure you have the proper design that works within your budget. Our 20+ years-experience is key to making sure you have the proper design. Our goal is to make sure when your project is completed you know you made all the right decisions.
Scheduling and Budgeting
Schedules and Budgets need no explanation. AHC2 can prepare and manage schedules and budgets. We have a successful track record of managing projects within the preliminary schedule and budgets developed at the beginning of the project. All of our work is done in collaborative cloud based programs so our clients have access to our work in real time.

Entitlements and Permitting
AHC2 can manage entitlement and permitting processes. We have experience with Permitted uses, Conditional Use Permits and even Use Variances. We manage the Building Permit process including County Fire Marshal approvals, Health Department approvals and any other permits required to start construction.
Bidding and Negotiation
AHC2 will help you decide whether to do a Competitive Bid or a Negotiated Contract. We will help make sure you select the right General Contractor and have a construction contract that protects your interests.
Construction Services
Complete Construction
AHC2 can manage your construction project from a notice to proceed to the General Contractor all the way through a one-year warranty walk-through. Our services are critical to the execution of everything planned through the Preconstruction Phase.

Owner’s Representation
AHC2 wants our clients to focus on the start of the business so we will represent our client throughout the construction process. This includes but is not limited managing the interest of our client with the General Contractor, Design Professionals, Franchisors, Vendors, Utility Companies and City Inspectors. Our representation will allow our clients to market their new business so they can have a successful opening.
Site Inspections and Documentation
AHC2 will inspect the construction for adherence to the plans and evaluation of the project schedule. We will document every aspect of the project which is critical should issues arise in the future. We can also provide video documentation that can be used for marketing your progress to you prospective clients.
Project Closeout
The end of a project is the most difficult. There are many inspections required and you need to make sure the work is completed properly. AHC2 will oversee the closeout to make sure that all required inspections are being scheduled while to contractor is putting the finishing touches on the building and site. AHC2 will conduct a final walkthrough and prepare a Punch List. More importantly we will follow up with the GC until the Contractor is finished. We will also assist you with setting up necessary maintenance contracts and even conduct a one-year warranty inspection.
Additional Services
Renovations
If you’re a considering renovating you existing building, AHC2 can mange your project. We can make recommendations, manage the design and permitting as well as the construction. Renovating an older facility can lead to increased revenue and reduction of monthly expenses.
Leased Projects
If you are going to lease your location, AHC2 can provide services to ensure that your developer performs and provides you with the facility as specified.
Hourly Consulting
If you are having problems on a project that is already underway and you already have a project team, AHC2 offers hourly services. If it has anything to do with the pre-construction or construction of a project and you think we may be able to help feel free to contact us. Early Childhood Development projects are highly regulated and difficult projects. Problems arise. With our experience there aren’t many we haven’t seen.
