About AHC2

A Hinman Construction and Consulting LLC (AHC2) is a land development and construction consulting firm that specializes in early childhood development projects. Established in September of 2017, AHC2 has provided services on many preschool projects, performing a wide range of services. We are most successful when we manage the preconstruction process as the planning is essential to the successful completion of construction. Our goal is to make sure that when a project is finished our client knows they have the best facility they could build at a budget that ensures profitability for their business.

AHC2 is located in California but works nationally. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry in over 20+ states, we have a network of design professionals and General Contractors, along with experience in most of the major growth areas. We have experience with ground up construction and renovations. We have managed urban projects as well. Including Manahattan!

Specializing in an industry as highly regulated as childcare, AHC2 is equipped to tackle any project! Get in touch with us! We are easy to talk to!

Andrew Hinman

Principal

Andrew is his professional name but call him Andy. He is the principal of the company. He grew up on construction sites. His parents made sure he was educated so he had options and he graduated with honors from Rutgers College with degrees in Sociology and American Studies. He ended up in the construction industry regardless. Genetics took over and he did what both his father and grandfather did.

Andy grew up in New Jersey and spent 15 years in Philadelphia after college. In the construction industry he was the foreman for a metal roofing company, roofing airplane hangars, has been a construction superintendent, and had a business flipping houses. The bulk of his career has been in the childcare industry. Working for one of the leading national childcare franchisors, he has been involved in the development of over 200 facilities. As a Director for that company, he understands and has experience with all aspects of the childcare industry.

Music, Ford Broncos, golf, and building anything are his likes. His friends and family, are what he loves. Building preschools fits in with all with all these.
